One question:
what does the evidence say?
Molecular Hydrogen Information is an editorial directory. We don’t sell machines, recommend brands, or take sponsorships. We publish what is in peer-reviewed journals about H₂ in human health — and we organize it so a physician, a patient, or an athlete can find what they need in five minutes.
01What we are
A bilingual (ES/EN) editorial team that curates, translates, and summarizes the scientific literature on molecular hydrogen published in indexed journals. Every study in the directory is audited in Crossref before it gets in.
MHI was built to solve a concrete problem: there are more than 1,500 peer-reviewed studies on H₂ since 2007. Almost no one has time to read them all. Few doctors know about them. Most patients don’t either.
02What we publish
- 70 editorial articles on the most solid and clinically relevant studies for human health.
- 4 evidence levels: meta-analyses, RCTs, observational studies, case reports.
- 9 thematic blocks organized by body system.
- An anatomical directory mapping studies onto the human body.
Each article includes verified DOI, journal, year, sample size, and primary outcome.
03What we don’t do
- We don’t give medical advice. Content is informational. Your physician decides.
- We don’t sell products. No machines, ionizers, tablets, or services.
- We don’t take sponsorships from commercial H₂ brands.
- We don’t overstate. If a study showed a modest effect, we say so. If sample size was small, we say so.
04How you can help
If you find a peer-reviewed study we should include, write to us. If you think one of our articles misrepresents a result, write. If you’re a physician or researcher willing to review our material, also write.
For now, you can reach us in either language: the site is available in English and Spanish.
